I’ve completed my first day of culinary school and I’m currently admonishing myself with a loud “what were you thinking!”  The class was long – almost six hour of lecture and then I had to pull myself to work for another four hours.  I realize the lectures will be shorter in the future and I will acclimate to the schedule, but, tonight, I am feeling overwhelmed.  There’s homework reading to do tonight as well.   One day down – 112 more to go.  Oi, me and my bright ideas!
