Today, the scale said I lost another 2.5 pounds. I was surprised that I lost weight. I don’t feel any lighter – the pants are still tight over my rump. This week’s weight loss renewed my faith in the pre-packaged meal plan. If the scale hadn’t budged, I don’t know that I could have make it through this coming week.
Saturday, I opted for a dinner out with my friend, P., which didn’t derail me even though I indulged in a rich pasta dinner, dessert and three glasses of wine.
It’s two weeks down with a weight loss of five pounds and three weeks to go.
