My commitment to practice yoga four times in a week fell short. I made it twice. Last week, I was traveling and didn’t practice once. I will try again next week. That’s the beautiful thing about life – each day can be a new start. Trite, but true. I don’t understand how I’ve strayed so far from my practice. What changed? How can I get back on track?

For tonight: Lobster raviolis on a bed of balsamic roasted tomatoes with shaved parmesan.
For tomorrow: Roasted chicken breast with porcini mushrooms, yellow peppers and onions.
Late night baking: Farmer John’s favorite Pumpkin Bread.
